Powerful Possibilities Coaching Tip of the week: Are you prepared to make healthy food choices?

Do you grab the first thing you see in the refrigerator or make unhealthy food choices at work? A little preparation can go a long way.

I always spend a ½ hour on the weekend preparing healthy snacks and planning my meals for the week. Cutting and washing fresh fruits and vegetables in advance saves time in the morning, and decreases the odds of grabbing less nutritious alternatives. Portion controlled snacks like nuts and granola bars can be kept in your car, brief case, pocket book, and desk. Spiking your water bottle with fresh fruit and ginger makes drinking eight glasses of water daily easier to swallow. Fresh Iced White Chia Tea makes a great alternative to less healthy sugar drinks and soda. Not only will you look and feel great; clean healthy eating will give you energy to increase productivity and clarity to think clearly. Who knows what great things you will accomplish as a result!

Make it a great week. Take a step toward “Unleashing your full Potential”!
